  This gin has been created on our faithful Dora-Grace. It is an extraordinary citrus gin with herbal overtones from thyme and samphire. This exquisite flavour combination uses succulent oranges to create a bold zesty gin with a clean crisp taste of the Yorkshire Coast. 

  Strength: 42% ABV

  Palate: Rich candied orange with a clean juniper-forward mouthfeel

  Nose: Zesty marmalade balanced with herbal overtones

  Serve: Fill a glass with lots of chunky ice and add 50ml of Founders' Gin. Pair with 150ml of Mediterranean Fever-Tree tonic & garnish with blood orange & a stalk of samphire.  (worth £45)
