Jessica grew up in Whitby before leading a career in business planning within Medical regulation, equipping her with an eye for precision. With a breadth of understanding of the towns historical and natural heritage her fundamental belief is that all our products support the local biodiversity and reflect the enchantment Whitby bestows upon people. When Jessica isn’t battling the elements foraging for local ingredients or developing new explorations for products, she spend her time dancing both on the ground and up in the air.
Luke grew up in York and spent many a family holiday in Whitby and the North York Moors. Recently leaving his position on the site leadership team at the largest food production facility in Europe to focus on Whitby Gin full time, Luke aspires to find balance between operational efficiency and creativity.
When not distilling, working with customers or number crunching, Luke spends the time available mountain biking
