Whitby Gin - Real Rhubarb

In collaboration with chef Matt Hunter, this seasonal Yorkshire rhubarb gin is crafted with syrup made from forced rhubarb, handpicked by candlelight at Robert Tomlinson’s farm — a tradition as romantic as it is rare. The result? A naturally pink, 42% ABV spirit that blends our coastal botanicals with Yorkshire’s sweetest heritage. No artificial colour, just pure rhubarb magic — bold, bright, and a little bit poetic.

IMPORTANT INFO 
We use 100% Yorkshire rhubarb and zero artificial flavours or additives. As we use real fruits, please store your gin in a cool dark place to retain the luscious pink colour. If you notice hints of the delicious rhubarb settling in your bottle, simply shake your spirit before consumption. 

We recommend that you consume within 6 months of opening. 

 

 

  • Palate:
    Bright and tangy with the unmistakable sharp-sweetness of Yorkshire forced rhubarb, softened by botanical juniper notes. A gentle warmth lingers, lifted by subtle coastal botanicals.

    Appearance:
    A naturally radiant rosy pink, glowing with character — no artificial colouring, just pure rhubarb expression.

    Nose:
    Delicate floral notes meet soft, fruity sweetness, with hints of rhubarb crumble, zesty lemon peel, and a trace of coastal freshness.

  • Enjoyable on the rocks as well as a gin and tonic.
    Fill a glass with lots of chunky ice and add 50ml of Whitby Real Rhubarb Gin. Pair with 150ml of Light Fever-Tree tonic and garnish with a wedge of lime & a slice of ginger.
