This year, we had the privilege of collaborating with renowned chef Matt Hunter, infusing his culinary expertise with our distillation know-how to craft our exclusive seasonal Yorkshire rhubarb gin. Matt's extraordinary palate and kitchen artistry were harnessed to produce an exquisite syrup using the most exceptional Yorkshire forced rhubarb, handpicked under candlelight at Robert Tomlinson's farm.
The unique "forced rhubarb" cultivation method, where the rhubarb is shielded from sunlight to enhance its sweetness and vibrant colour, has been a cherished tradition in Yorkshire since the 19th Century.
Our Yorkshire rhubarb gin boasts a delightful 42% ABV, blending our traditional coastal ingredients with Yorkshire's finest rhubarb. This vivid, pink elixir contains no artificial additives or colourings, preserving the pure essence of rhubarb.
