• Palate: Clean, fresh, and well-rounded. The Original Edition blends 12 traditional botanicals with sugar kelp (originally foraged from Robin Hood’s Bay, now sourced from Seagrown in Scarborough), heather from the North York Moors, and Yorkshire honey. A smooth, coastal character with a gentle juniper finish.

  Nose: Herbal and floral, with soft hints of sweetness and coastal freshness

• Enjoyable on the rocks as well as a gin and tonic.
  
  Fill a glass with lots of chunky ice and add 50ml of Whitby Gin - Original Edition. Pair with 150ml of Mediterranean Fever-Tree tonic & garnish with pink grapefruit & a sprig of rosemary.
